Our Management Team

Our Manager, Gill, started her childcare career as a childminder over 25 years ago, before moving on to open her own setting in 2010. 

Gill holds Early Years Teaching Status, as well as a BA degree in childcare.

Our Lead Practitioner, Su, holds a post-graduate qualified Early Years Professional status, as well as a BA honours degree in Psychology. 

Su is our SEND-coordinator.

Our Deputy-Manager Kaylie, is a Senior Childcare Practitioner and our Deputy Safeguarding lead.

All staff hold paediatric first aid-certificates, food safety certificates and at least basic safe-guarding certificates. 

More recently, all staff are COVID-safe trained.
